1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Still within 90 daysreturn period .

  • The product must be in original condition, with no signs of use, complete with all parts, accessories (e.g. cables, bulbs included) and original packaging.

  • Invoice or proof of purchase required.

2. Return Procedure for Each Case

A. Returns due to Dasgifts‘s Fault (Damaged Product, Technical Error, Wrong Delivery)

We consider it our fault if you receive a product:

  • Broken, cracked, dented during transportation.

  • Technical error: Lights do not light up, flicker, buttons do not work, or other functions are faulty.

  • Wrong product delivered (different from the model or color you ordered).

  • Applicable products: All night lights and decorations sold on dasgifts.com.

  • Cost:Completely free ($0). Dasgifts will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Solution: You can choose to receive a brand new replacement product (if in stock) or get a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

B. General Return (Due to no longer needed or change of mind)

This policy applies when the product still works well but you no longer like it, or it doesn’t fit your space.

  • Applicable products: All night lights and room decorations.

  • Costs:The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging the product carefully to avoid damage in transit back to us.

  • Solution: After receiving and checking the product to ensure it is intact, we will proceed to refund the value of the product (excluding the original shipping fee).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for returns (unless they are a defect on our part):

  • Gift Cards.

  • Final Sale Items.

4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)

Step 1: Request a Return
Please contact us via email [email protected] within 90 days of receiving the item. In the email, please provide:

  • Order number.

  • Reason for return.

  • Required for defective/damaged products: Attach clear photos or videos showing the damaged or defective condition of the product.

Step 2: Get Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you detailed instructions, including a free return shipping label if it’s our fault.

Step 3: Pack and Return the Product
Please pack the product carefully, preferably using the original box and shockproof material, and send it to our returns department address:

5. Money Back Guarantee: Time and Method

This is our commitment to processing refunds quickly and transparently.

  • Processing Time: We promise to initiate a full refund of the eligible order value within a maximum of 5 business daysfrom the time we receive and confirm the condition of the returned product.

  • Refund method: All refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method you used for your purchase (e.g. credit card, PayPal). You will not receive refunds via store credit unless specifically requested.

  • Email Notification: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as our refund order is processed.

  • Important Note: Once we complete a refund (within 5 business days), it may take some additional time (usually 3-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the funds to your account. We have no control over this time, but we do our part to make sure we do our part as quickly as possible.

Dasgifts commits to not charge any restocking fees.
